Autohaus race fuel question
hello,
I have received some 6 year old race fuel from a neighbor. It has been boxed and sealed properly...
questions for the group;
1.) can it still be used?
2.) what is the mixure - oil%, nitro%, etc....
3.) Can it be used with my "ringed" EK4 .70 thunder tiger engine?
Thanks in advance,
Ken

I would personally say...
1.) No. Dispose of it properly
2.) Not a clue, maybe someone else will remember?
3.) Depends on the oil content but also refer back to answer #1

thanks for the feedback. i was hoping to use it, but it may just add more problems...
i've read a lot about the Heli fuels- cool power. i may go with this....
i also have the TMAXX 3.3. Do you suppose i can use the Traxxas 20% in the EK4 (.70) rngine?
thoughts and thanks,

The Traxxas fuel doesn't have a high enough oil content, you need atleast 20% oil for a ringed engine.
Go with Coolpower heli fuel and never look back.

I'd get the cool power at the very least to get the engine up and running right. Then if you really REALLY want to you can try that other fuel that
you have and see how things run... but I would still say to get rid of it personally.
